As a Professional Practices Management Services (PPMS) certified agency, NRA upholds strict policies regarding everything from security, training employees, and compliance. We have a zero tolerance for complaints and take all complaints very seriously, each one forwarded and carefully reviewed by our in-house Corporate Counsel and compliance team. Additionally, our processes are audited for the Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 Type II audit. This audit is completed on a yearly basis by an outside firm.
